When workplace learning meets technology-mediated learning

Workplace learning with its focus on employability and technology-mediated learning with its focus on ubiquitous learning are two key learning strategies that remain fairly separate discourses in university education. When combined, there is so much more to workplace and technology-mediated learning such as developing online professional identity, crossing education-work contexts and building future technology-mediated work practices.

This is the space to share, test, challenge and imagine the meaningful and relevant ways workplace learning can be enriched through mobile technology. With your contributions, we can all better understand the main issues and opportunities to improve technology-mediated workplace learning, technology-mediated practices and teaching skills. What are your ideas, practices and experiences with the use of mobile technology in WPL?
